Lourdes Rabara, E.A.

Prior to joining W.H. Mayer in 1999, Lourdes worked on international tax issues for multinational corporations including Chevron, Intel and KPMG. She received her B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Lourdes uses her background in international taxation to advise both expatriates and inpatriates. She is a member of the East Bay, National and California Association of Enrolled Agents.
